Supported Accommodation with HBBA Care
Something to do, somewhere to live
- INDEPENDENCE -
We help people to live as independently as possible through Supported Accommodation. We specialise in services for young people, people with physical disabilities people in foster care, and learning disabilities.
- SUPPORT -
Working in close partnership with the service users; we support, their families, carers and health professionals, we deliver high quality services that support people on their unique pathway to independence.
- CARE FOR ALL -
Unlike our Supported Living, we provide care for Young People that may not have physical or learning disabilities but now, we also extend our care for people in foster care or young people that may not have a home.
- OUR GOALS -
Our priority with Supported Accommodation is to help people that may not have many living skills to now grow as a person. After leaving the Supported Accommodation, they will have many key living skills that the client may not have learned otherwise
